Compatible mobile devices
The BNZ Mobile Business Banking app is designed for iOS or Android mobile devices with internet access.
We recommend updating to the most recent operating system version available for your device to ensure it’s secure and has access to our latest features and improvements.
The BNZ app may work on older unsupported operating systems, but we can’t guarantee support if you have issues.
Using the iPhone app
To use the latest version of the BNZ Mobile Business Banking app for iPhone, you’ll need to have iOS 16 or later.
To check what version of iOS your device is currently running
- Tap Settings.
- Select General.
- Select About.
To update to the latest iOS version, follow the instructions on Apple support.
Using the Android app
To use the latest version of the BNZ Mobile Business Banking app for Android devices, you’ll need to have Android 9.0 or later.
We only support Android devices with Google Play Store services.
To check what version of Android your device is currently running
- Tap Settings.
- Select About Phone.
- The Firmware field indicates the current version installed on your device.
If you need to update the version of Android, check your device manual or go to the device manufacturer’s site for help.
Devices that can use Touch ID or Face ID
You can set up Touch ID or Face ID login on compatible iPhones or iPads.
Fingerprint Login on Android
Fingerprint Login can be set up on compatible Android devices.
