Deleting an international payee in the BNZ business app

  1. Log in to the BNZ Business app.
  2. Tap the menu and select International payment.
  3. Tap Select an existing payee and select the payee you’d like to delete.
  4. Tap Edit payee details. 
  5. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete payee.
    • If we’re processing a payment to your payee, or if any future-dated payments have been authorised for them, you won’t be able to delete the payee.
  6. Tap Delete.
