Downloading statement data files

What is File Download?

Internet Banking for Business can generate balance and statement files, with data from the previous day for your selected accounts. Once generated, these are delivered to the File Download section of Internet Banking for Business. One report is produced for each account type and up to 14 days of files are available at any time.

This service needs to be enabled by us. If you think setting it up might be useful to your business, please talk to your BNZ relationship manager. Then, an administrator will need to update permissions for users who can access these reports.

Account types and file formats you can download

Internet Banking for Business generates reports for the following account types in BNZ GIFTS format. Foreign currency account transactions are the exception, these are available in Midas format.
