Devices compatible with the Apple iOS app

The BNZ app is designed for iOS mobile devices with internet access. 

iPad and iPhone devices

To use the latest version of the BNZ app for iPad and iPhone, you’ll need to have iOS version 16 or later.

We recommend updating to the most recent operating system version available for your device, to ensure it’s secure and has access to our latest features and improvements. The BNZ app may work on older unsupported operating systems, but we can’t guarantee support if you have issues.  

To check what version of iOS your device is currently running

1. Tap Settings.
2. Select General.
3. Select About.

To update to the latest iOS version, follow the instructions on Apple support.

Setting up Touch ID or Face ID on compatible devices

1. Log in to the BNZ app.
2. From the main screen, tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
3. Tap Settings then under Security, select either Touch ID or Face ID.
4. Tap the (Touch ID or Face ID) button to turn on or off.
