Deleting an international payee in the BNZ app

You can delete an international payee through the BNZ app or Internet Banking. 

1. Log in to the BNZ app.
2. Tap the menu and select International payment.
3. Tap Select an existing payee and select the payee you’d like to delete.
4. Tap Edit payee details. 
5. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete payee.
   • If we’re processing a payment to your payee, or if any future-dated payments have been authorised for them, you won’t be able to delete the payee.
6. Tap Delete.
