In Auckland, some branches will be open for limited hours. All other branches in Alert Level 3 will remain closed.
For the rest of New Zealand, most branches will be open Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm.
Only limited services will be provided in branch to assist our customers who are unable to use ATM, phone or online banking. Opening branches and operating hours may change, so before visiting, check our branch and ATM finder.
All Partners Centres remain closed.
