How to apply for a credit card

You’ll need to be a BNZ customer before you can apply for a credit card. Most BNZ customers can apply for a credit card through Internet Banking or the BNZ app.^

In the unlikely event you’re a victim of fraud, our Zero Fraud Liability guarantee means we’ll repay any transactions you didn’t make, as long as you’ve met your credit card terms and conditions.

If you buy something online and don’t receive it, or return an item and don’t get a refund, we can help get your money back through our NetPromise policy. Just let us know within 30 days of getting your statement.
