Using your phone and nine-digit customer access number, use our 24/7 automated service to do your everyday banking. You’ll need to first register for this service, by calling 0800 275 269.
We’re extending the hours of 23 branches across New Zealand. This means by April 2025, every BNZ branch will be open at least five days a week, 9.30am–4pm. It’s part of our commitment to providing more accessible, convenient banking.
