If you have a general question about our products and services, you can send us a message. We’ll aim to get back to you in the next few days.

Message us in Internet Banking or the BNZ app, if you have questions about your accounts. Our virtual assistant Āwhina will reply and if needed, refer you to a specialist banker.

Ways to do your banking
Internet Banking
Do everyday banking tasks and keep track of your money with internet banking on your computer or tablet.
BNZ app
Our app is packed with features to help you manage your money, like easy payment options, goal setting, and notifications.
Phone banking
Using your phone and nine-digit customer access number, use our 24/7 automated service to do your everyday banking. You’ll need to first register for this service, by calling 0800 275 269.
Extended branch hours
We’re extending the hours of 23 branches across New Zealand. This means by April 2025, every BNZ branch will be open at least five days a week, 9.30am–4pm. It’s part of our commitment to providing more accessible, convenient banking.
Support for financial difficulty and bereavement
Overdue payments
Talk to us if you’re having difficulty making payments on your personal loan or credit facility.
Available Mon-Fri, 8am–6pm (excluding national public holidays).
Financial hardship
If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, because of an illness, injury, loss of employment or income, or the end of a relationship, we may be able to help.
Bereavement support
It can be a difficult time when a family member or friend passes away. We’re here to help guide you through this process.
