Viewing and managing your BNZ Rewards
You can manage your BNZ Rewards^ through personal Internet Banking or the BNZ app. You won’t be able to access BNZ Rewards using Internet Banking for Business or the Mobile Business Banking app.
- Log in to Internet Banking or the BNZ app.^
- Select BNZ Rewards from the menu.
BNZ Rewards account
From your BNZ Rewards account screen, you’ll be able to view:
- your BNZ Points balance
- your BNZ Rewards account details
- recent BNZ Points transactions including BNZ Points you’ve earned and redeemed
- ways to redeem your BNZ Points
- expiring BNZ Points.
BNZ Rewards portal
You can redeem your BNZ Points for rewards through the BNZ Rewards portal. From your BNZ Rewards account screen in Internet Banking or the BNZ app, select Manage rewards.
Once you’ve logged in to the BNZ Rewards portal, you’ll be able to use your BNZ Points to:
- book travel - flights, hotels, and rental cars worldwide
- get eGift cards
- transfer to other participating loyalty programmes
- get cash back to an eligible BNZ account.^
You’ll also be able to manage your travel bookings, and view the latest offers and deals.
