Understanding reward booking fees

On your card statement, booking transactions or cancellation fees will display as ‘Travel* BNZ Rewards’. Fees will be charged to the card you used for the transaction.

The taxes and fees listed on your booking receipt are charged by our travel partner (the hotel, airline, or car rental company). These are included in the redemption price when you make a booking. In some cases, you may also need to pay other taxes and fees directly to them, such as city taxes or resort fees.
