Changing automatic payments to your credit card
If you have an existing automatic payment set up from one of your accounts to your BNZ credit card, and your credit card number has changed, you will need to contact the bank your account is with to advise them of your new credit card number.
If your account is with BNZ, you can provide this information to us by:
- sending us a message in Internet Banking
- calling us on 0800 275 269, or from overseas call +64 4 473 5901 (International toll charges apply, or you can call us collect from a landline)
- visiting your nearest branch.
