Changing your password in the BNZ app

You can change (reset) your password at any time within the BNZ app, even if you don’t know your current password. 

Steps to change or reset your password

  1. Log in to your BNZ app using either your biometric (face or fingerprint), PIN, or current password.
  2. Tap Menu (the three horizontal lines in the top left corner).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Change password.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Tap Change password.
  7. Confirm your new password with your biometric, PIN, or current password.
