Viewing your YouWealth transactions in Internet Banking or the BNZ app
You can access your YouWealth transactions via Internet Banking or the BNZ app.
- You’ll need to register for Internet Banking first before you can access Internet Banking or the BNZ app.
- To use the BNZ app, download it to your smartphone.
If you’re a joint account holder, you’ll need to get your YouWealth account added to your Internet Banking. To set this up, call 0800 275 269.
Viewing your transactions in Internet Banking
- Log in to Internet Banking using your access number (the nine digits on the back of your Eftpos, debit, or credit card) and password.
- Click on your YouWealth account.
- You’ll be able to:
- see your most recent transactions
- search for your transactions back to the opening date of your account
- enter a date range to show transactions made during this time period.
Viewing your transactions in the BNZ app
- Log in to the BNZ app using your access number (the nine digits on the back of your Eftpos, debit, or credit card) and password. You can also use your 5-digit PIN.
- Tap on your YouWealth account.
- Tap on the Transactions tab.
- You’ll be able to see your transaction history for the past year, up to a maximum of 1000 transactions.
To view transactions older than one year, log in to Internet Banking and select the relevant date range.
