We want you to have visibility of your personal information when you need it. We also want your information to be up to date, to provide the best service to you.

You have rights under privacy laws to access and correct your information. You can find out more about your rights on the Privacy Commissioner’s website at privacy.org.nz

How to request or correct your personal information

You can view and update personal information in Internet Banking or the BNZ app.

Here you can view account and contact information, statements, tax certificates, and more. You can also update your physical address, email address, phone number, IRD number, and more.
