Changing your password in Internet Banking
You can change your password at any time in Internet Banking or Mobile Banking. If you have two-step authentication set ‘for particular actions’, then all you need to have on hand is your BNZ Mobile app or NetGuard card to make the change.
How to change your password in Internet Banking
- Click Menu in the top left corner of the main page
- Click on Settings
- Under the heading Security, click Change password
- Authenticate using the BNZ Mobile app or your NetGuard card
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Click Save
There are different instructions available if you have forgotten your password and need to reset it.
